Before launching, talk to the possible customers, explain how the product works and ask: – Would you pay XYZ for this?
Considering “ignore customers” and “no market need” are pretty much attached (didn’t listen to the pain of the consumer, thus created something that would not sell enough), it is fair to say that talking to the customer is the single most important thing to do when creating a startup.
